Catering options
Hot Breakfast is served 08:00 – 09:00 and the evening meal is served at 20:00 for adults and at 18:30 for children. If a slightly earlier or later dinner sitting suits your party better, it can be arranged with the Chalet Cook and/or Host in advance.
Breakfast
Your morning begins in high style, with a cooked breakfast alongside continental choices. Daily changing options include freshly prepared free-range eggs with classics such as eggs Benedict, tasty huevos rancheros, fully loaded omelettes, fluffy stacks of pancakes to the eponymous full English.
Afternoon Tea
Your host will lay out delicious cakes, tray bakes or cookies to welcome you back from your day out, complemented by a choice of hot drinks. Whatever your favourite, just ask your host and they will be happy to oblige.
Dinner
Gather round for fireside apéritifs and nibbles before dinner, you will be served a sumptuous three course meal with unlimited wine, beers and soft drinks. Each evening you will be served a fabulous local cheese board to finish the meal in style. Coffee or tea will be accompanied by beautiful home-made sweets.
Children’s Dinners
We can provide an early sitting at 18:30 for children of any age. This can be an earlier serving of the adults meal, a simplified version (i.e. no starter or a different sauce) or a different menu altogether. We suggest a menu including dishes such as spaghetti Bolognese, pizza and bangers and mash, however our chalet hosts will be happy to tailor the menu to your child’s individual requirements. It would be helpful if you could let us know in advance any specific requests, allergies, etc. in order to plan in getting the right ingredients for your party.
Dietary Requirements
We cater for all dietary requirements; vegetarian and vegan dishes are prepared with the same love, creativity and attention to detail as the more traditional meat and cheese rich mountain foods, we also make deliciously flaky and moist gluten and dairy free breakfast bakes, afternoon tea cakes or if you’d rather keep things light we can fill the fruit bowl and prepare alternative treats.
Tuesday and Thursday are our Chef's day off. Below we have created some suggestions for your evening meal on these days if you wish to dine in the warmth of your own chalet.
On Tuesday you can sign up to an optional Raclette Night, where our team will deliver a raclette machine to the chalet with delicious local Savoyard raclette cheese accompanied by a charcuterie board, fresh salad, and some tasty potatoes - allowing you to enjoy local French cuisine from the comfort of your own chalet.
