Chalet Aigle is a striking 12-bed chalet in Méribel’s sought-after Mussillon area, combining contemporary Alpine design with spectacular mountain views. Stylish, spacious and beautifully finished, it has been thoughtfully designed to create a sophisticated yet welcoming retreat after a day in the mountains. The seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, combine natural materials, warm wood and contemporary design, while the impressive open-plan living and dining area, high ceilings, statement fireplace and large windows create a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the views.
A private cinema room and dedicated ski room add to the chalet’s appeal, while the wellness facilities are a real highlight. An outdoor jacuzzi provides the perfect spot to enjoy the mountain surroundings, alongside a beautiful hammam and private fitness suite.

We have a larger group, is there another Ski Basics chalet nearby?
Chalet Aigle is very near to our 12/14 bed Chalet Bouquetin. Other Ski Basics chalets such as Chalet Chamois (8 bed), Chalet Brenettes (8 bed) and Chalet Lapin (6 bed) can be reached within a few minutes drive.

How does your self-catered experience work?
With this experience your team will not be catering in the chalet but will continue to provide the high level of service our guests are used to, in a new and dynamic way. The self-catered service will enable you to relax on your holiday whilst everything is taken care of behind the scenes. All essential elements of the Ski Basics service will still be available, to maintain that totally taken care of feel.

Can we order food to the chalet?
Absolutely, simply speak to your chalet manager who will be on hand to assist with this from behind the scenes for an array of delicious dinner options and fun refreshments - such as Fondue/Hot stone/Raclette delivery, A large range of meal deliveries, pizza delivery, restaurant bookings, grocery delivery and cocktail nights with 'Mountain Mixology'
There will also be a range of optional extras which can be bought on our online shop before you arrive so they are ready and waiting in your chalet for when you arrive, for instance you can purchase Nespresso pods to use in the Nespresso machine.

Are the main shops, bars and restaurants in Meribel Centre within walking distance?
From Chalet Aigle, you will reach Meribel Centre in an easy 10 minute walk. Alternatively, you can walk 5 minutes to the Line A bus stop and arrive in town within a few minutes.

Can you arrange ski passes and ski hire, etc?
Yes, absolutely. Your chalet manager will contact you in the run up to your trip and is on hand to handle all the details for you.

What are the check-in/out times?
Check-in time is from 16:00 on a Sunday, and check-out at 10:00 on the following Sunday morning.
About Meribel's skiing resort
Meribel is situated in the world famous Three Valleys (Les 3 Vallées) in the French alps at an altitude of around 1,400 metres above sea level with its highest ski area being Mont Vallon at 3,000 metres. Alone, Meribel’s ski area is an impressive 150km, but linked with the entire Three Valleys, there is a whopping 600km of pistes.
The Three Valleys currently consists of 337 different pistes which includes 53 green, 136 blue, 113 red and 35 black runs. There are 166 ski lifts and over 2,000 snow canons.
